STEP 1: Request a FUNDRAISING KIT.

STEP 2: Choose the style of book you would like to create & sell.

Quote Book The Quotes Book style can be used to create a number of custom books. Quotes are printed into detailed coloring patterns. STEP 3: Complete the BOOK DETAILS form for the book style your group has chosen.

Quote Book

Premade Book:

1. After choosing a Premade Book, complete the following:

Custom Book:

1. Choose a template for the interior pages of your book.

2. Download and print the chosen templates.

The waiver MUST be signed by a parent or guardian and attached to each template when submitted.

3. Use the template to create the interior pages of your book. 

        Black & White - Up to 120 pages

        Color - Up to 80 pages

4. When the pages are completed, submit them with the following form:

Coloring Book

Premade Book:

1. After choosing a Premade Book, complete the following:

Custom Book:

1. Choose a template for the interior pages of your book.

2. Download and print the chosen templates.

4. When the pages are completed, submit them with the following form:

Recipe Book

4. When the pages are completed, submit them with the following form:

STEP 4: Confirm the details.

1. After completing the Mighty Message: Custom Book Fundraiser BOOK DETAIL FORM, you will receive a confirmation email with your responses. 

2. If there are any details that need to be changed, please make these changes within 24 hours after the initial submission of this form. 

3. Changes made outside this 24 hour window may not be applied to the final product. 

STEP 5: THE MIGHTY MINDSETS TEAM WILL DEVELOP YOUR BOOK.

1. The Mighty Mindsets team will use the details in your form submission to create your custom book. 

2. The cover will be sent to the fundraiser contact for final approval. 

Up to 2 changes may be made to the cover prior to printing.

STEP 6: Choose how you want to order your books.

                   Purchase a set amount           Take orders prior to purchasing

1. The choice is up to you. You can purchase a set amount of books or take orders prior to purchasing. 

The amount of copies ordered at one time changes the price of books.

All set up fees, handling fees, and shipping fees are included in the cost of the books.

STEP 7: Set the price of your book.

1. Using the chart above to determine how much your books will cost your group. 

2. Below you will see an example of potential earnings. 

Example:

Book with custom interior, printed in black & white: Cost: $9.00.

STEP 8: Delivery of your books.  

1. Once payment has been made, all books ordered in bulk will be shipped directly to your contact person.

2. Books ordered online will require additional shipping to be paid by the customer. 

  Online orders will be shipped directly to the customer.

 

STEP 9: Sell your books! Online ordering available. 

Sell your book in person.

A virtual sales area is available with download and print sales materials for your fundraiser.

• Sales flyers
• Order forms 
• Social Media ad copy 
• Product Images

Sell your book online. 

• A custom product page will be created for your book.
• Orders from this page will be shipped directly to the customer. 
• Orders will be subject to additional shipping costs.

Fundraiser earnings from online orders will be given to the group for up to 6 months after the completion of your fundraiser.

 

STEP 10: Collect your money! 

In Person Sales

1. Payment must be made to Mighty Mindsets, LLC before we print and ship your books. 

2. Once you receive the books, all payments from in person sales will be made directly to your group.

3. You can choose to collect money when orders are taken, or when you deliver the books to your customer. 

Online Orders

1. A product page will be created for your book.

2. This page will charge the price chosen by your group.

3. Money from orders made online will be collected by Mighty Mindsets and provided to your group once a month for up to six months after the completion of your fundraiser. 

Money will be sent to your designated contact person once per month.
